i thought of this idea while at Walmart. i had actually bought fabric to make it but passed by those plastic insulated table clothes, like you get to cover picnic tables and this idea formed. First i folded it in half and sewed along the edges, zigzag for added strength. Then i marked where i wanted to place the floggers. Next i sewed Velcro at those spots. Finally i sewed 2 sets of ribbons on the edge that i planned to be on the outside to secure the roll after it was all finished. i hope this inspires someone.
